2816 Thursday, August 4th - morning

08:04… I tried to sleep in, I had the headband over my eyes and that worked out okay.  When I came to and lifted the headband up, it was just past 07:30, so I considered that a success.  The body is surely feeling tired, so it might be another day of reaching the goal and just maintaining the Active Hours.  I did make a deposit around 04:00, the Fingerbot operated, but didn’t hit the button and my bowels made a case for expulsion, but it didn't work.

  • Lung recruitment: 1.

  • Shorts change: 3, the Purple Helmets shorts for today.

  • Made the bed: 2.

  • PowerBreathe: 30 inhales. (08:18) 16, I increased the resistance yesterday and it was still tough.

  • Head start: (08:20) 17, let’s get this going.

08:41… the first timer was done, while watching Sportsnet Central.  I took it easy, given my energy levels and the current readings are 2.5k, 4 floors and 11 Zone minutes.  A good start to the day.

  • Email:

    • Main account: both collector folders were open, but nothing important was in there.

    • Gmail: a couple promos here.  I should get the new Diclo cream started, I saw the Gabapentin reminder and I’ll need more cream soon.

  • Shoppers Drug Mart: I started the refill.

  • Upper Deck: I sent a big deal to a seemingly random user and he accepted it last night.  The free pack was collected.

  • Facebook: Mom messaged me as I finished with the cards.  I filled her in on the game last night, which wasn’t as exciting as I was hoping.  No birthdays were listed, the headline memory was unsurprisingly a walk from a year ago and there were a few reactions given in the news feed.

  • Twitter: a selfie from Crystal and a couple other tweets caught my eye.

  • Fitbit:

    • Steps yesterday: 24.8k, I was tempted to get to 25k last night, but I decided against it.

    • Floors: 50.

    • Active Minutes: 147.

    • Active Heart: 29 Zone minutes.

    • Active Hours: 10/10.

    • Sleep: 377 minutes, it did register!

    • Weight: 171.2 pounds.

    • Stress Management: 67.

    • RHR: 68 bpm, I finished yesterday at 67 bpm.

    • Water: I have already poured my second.

  • Google Calendar: nothing on today.

  • Budget: the Jameson’s wing purchase, which I slid under Entertainment.  The food didn’t need to take the extra hit.

    • Questrade: all three saw small recoveries, but all are still in the red.

    • Netcoins: this fell a couple more dollars, but what are you going to do?

  • Spotify Daily Mixes: 15 tracks to sample from Daily Mix 2.

09:20… that wasn’t too bad.  My bowels are hinting that they’re finally ready.  Some Restoralax may be needed today.

09:35… a small success.  Some movement was had and now I’ll do the lower body, hoping for more floors.

  • Bosu Ball: (09:59)  5.1k, 6 floors and 11 Zone minutes.

  • PowerBreathe: 30 inhales. (10:05)

      • Chair squats with elastic: 50 squats

      • Single leg extended back lunges: 30 lunges

      • Lateral leg lunges: 20 lunges (10:51)

  • Bosu Ball: (11:06) I gave Dad a call and jumped on the ball, the call was 12 minutes and when it ended, I stayed on to get to 8k.  23 floors and 11 Zone minutes was the reading when I wrote this.

  • Protein shake: a chocolate shake for my victorious physio session.

11:08…everything is done.

Dad didn’t ask about the ballgame, so he doesn’t want to know.  I’m okay with that.

11:23… I added the idea of the heart and what it can do to the Random Thoughts and I might have a look at it now.

The heart is a crazy idea in the broad sense.  I would consider it to be a certain defining characteristic for anyone, which I have noticed that it has nothing to do with logic, it's an animal instinct which can wreak havoc on any situation.

I would consider my heart's desire for Des as definitely an instinct, but my logical brain, not to mention her defined and lack of desire for me, suggest otherwise.  My heart thinks she's gorgeous, which my logical brain agrees with. She's got an attractive character, which again my logical brain agrees with, but my logical brain offers some important counterpoints.  I won't list them, but let's just say I'd have to settle for them if my heart got its way.

Somehow, the heart and the logical brain have to agree on everything to make everything work.  I would offer my allegiance to the Canucks or Chelsea or the Blue Jays, at a lesser degree, makes sense to both parties.  My hero growing up was Trevor Linden and between my heart and my logical brain, they agreed that his leadership was an admirable trait to really learn about and possibly reflect.  He was a good player, not great, but he was a great character and his leadership ended up leading him to being president of the players association.  That all made sense to both sides and I hope I reflected that in what I did or am currently doing.

Des is the first girl in a long time to get my instinctual heartstrings going.  The stereotypical craziness that a body goes through when someone is close to someone who pulls those strings is tough to be better than.  I felt that craziness last night, but my injured logical brain was nowhere near fast enough to process those thoughts and feelings, so I just tried to make sure that I didn't fall over and really make a fool of myself.

The heart can do a lot of good and bad with other people it would seem.  The good is highlighted by all the brilliant art it can inspire, while it can inspire some crazy and horrible behavior, which of course, is a sliding scale of subjectivity.  That sliding scale is another realm of craziness, but to the supposed objectivity of the law, it's fairly straightforward.

11:59… I think I got the important bits down.  I'm not sure how much more detail I can give it, without getting down to the nitty gritty.

2811 Tuesday, August 2nd - afternoon

12:02… I think I came up with another random thought last night, but I couldn't write it down for whatever reason.

I did come up with one the other day, my distaste for the saying that "it's all meant to be." As I wrote that down I remembered the other one… I don't hate anymore. It's debatable if I ever did, but the "meant to be" was here first.

I'm not sure how long this will be in the end, but I thought I would explore this idea a little bit.
The thought that life, as we know it, is predetermined by a glorious overseeing presence and they have a plan for us. That's a comforting idea, as if we don't have any control over anything. But the issue with that, in most religious circles, is that what you do in your life can affect your place in the afterlife.

Of course, my logical brain is rejecting those ideas to start with, but that's not the main focus here, although it certainly helps my eventual argument.

There is a certain comfort that comes from the idea that something was meant to be. The idea that something was predetermined, rather than the result of a string of events, is way easier to conceive.

It's so much easier to say "it was meant to be" rather than try to decrypt the series of events that got you to where you are. I understand the difference between the two and can see why a lot of people say it. It just kind of irks me, when I read/hear that and my brain immediately goes to how they meant it. I've got to learn to let that go, until otherwise provoked.

See? This is why this writing helps!

12:27… to the topic of hate.

It's quite interesting when I try to look back at all the times I may have said that word. Hate and anger are two words that I rarely use and for good reason. I look at society nowadays and see a lot of rage out there, which could be the better word for me to use as the descriptor.
I generally use the term hate when I dislike something the most by comparison. My hate for the Calgary Flames mostly means I dislike them the most and I want nothing good to happen to them. I'm not wishing for terrible things to happen to them, but I wouldn't be too disappointed if something terrible was to happen.

I most recently used the term angry when I confronted Dad via email with his picking on my weight. It bothered me to the point that I may have lost some sleep thinking about it. That was how I could use that in a constructive fashion.

Now, rage… let's go to the Google definition… "violent, uncontrollable anger." Yeah, that looks about right. That is one thing I cannot remember ever suffering from. I'm sure there could be a few words that can describe different levels between anger and rage and I'm confident that I've stayed away from the bulk of words to describe them.

I have been annoyed, which I would consider as less than anger. "A strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility." For argument's sake, there's the definition of anger. A strong feeling of annoyance, okay the key word being strong. I stand beside that last descriptive comment by me, my annoyance has rarely been strong enough to consider as anger.

12:58… it really saddens me to think that there is way too much hate, anger and rage in this world we live in, which leads to other more distressing emotions and feelings. My logical brain can see it all, but without a way to help, it resigns itself to accepting what it can’t change. The human race has done such a terrible job in preventing that madness.

The animal instincts that have led to war, not to mention the levels of superiority throughout the human race, have really done a disservice to our survival. The need to move everything further and improve our living conditions have hit an unlimited amount of speed bumps, all related to these horrible ideas.

The levels of power that some of these groups have assumed are absolutely ridiculous. I’m not in any place to try and fix these things here, because I can’t type the way I used to. It would just take way too long and there wouldn’t be any power in writing these ideas out.

The main point that I can think of is to just slow down and ask the right questions. If people get angry from just answering questions, then there is no real hope for this race. If these same people can’t accept that there are individuals, if not groups, that are different from them, then there is a vacuum for said hope and there are now less than zero units of hope.

Everyone seems to have a belief structure to stand on, when they determine that they are right and anyone who disagrees is evil or really, really bad. The art of compromise has really been lost on a lot of these groups, especially when it comes to the methods of capitalism. There are definite downsides to the other social systems that this world has seen, but they seem to get lost to the glossy shine of the perceived good things.

The social systems are just the tip of the iceberg, which goes deep into the oceans of general survival and other luxuries. The need for energy to help power said luxuries has hampered the thinking of many for numerous reasons. If the human race is going to survive, there has to be better compromise between these groups.

In my opinion, there isn’t enough money being spent on the studies to advance the technologies to help power our luxuries in a manner that won’t end up being the reason for our extinction.

How did I get into productive uses of feelings?

13:42… Other than my loyalty to certain professional sports teams, I certainly don't have any causes of the everyday hate that we've become accustomed to in this world. I can understand the need for religion and I can understand the animal desire for people of the same gender. The need to identify differently is definitely a thing and as different from the issues that this race has seen before, the biology and chemistry of the human brain still isn't completely understood and with the billions of people on this planet, it couldn't possibly come as a surprise. It has likely existed for countless years, but it's only being identified now.

Acceptance needs to happen more, especially when it comes to the human brain. Logic also needs to be taken into consideration more. Acceptance and logic might need to make some compromises as well, especially when it comes to that biology and chemistry.

It's not out of the question, but it'll be difficult. Everything is difficult, especially the solutions to these seemingly obvious problems.

14:15… I forgot to mix my smoothie and I was feeling a wee bit hungry, so I had a Clif bar and the banana that I would have had with the smoothie.

2805 Sunday, July 31st - afternoon

12:41… I did finish watching the Jays game and I thought about restarting to watch the BBC’s Sherlock, but there have been some thoughts floating around in my head the last few days and I thought I would try and tackle them… just to see what comes out.

There have been some larger topics floating around, some of which I may have touched on before. I have done a terrible job of adding those things to the Random Thoughts collection for times like this, so feeling ambitious, I might have a look there and see what I have thought of before.

“There is no desire for me to leave anything behind.”

This thought came to me again this morning, thinking mainly about my collection of DVDs in my Dad’s basement and I have been wondering, “just how valuable are they?” With most, if not all, important videos available through the streaming services, are my DVDs valuable enough to move from place to place and then show off at a new location? I highly doubt it. Are they going to be worth the storage space? Again, I highly doubt it.

Some time ago, I’m talking years ago, I managed to find a pawn shop that took all my CDs back when I was full on downloading my music and now with Spotify, I certainly don’t miss them. Never once have I wished that I still had the CD for the liner notes, which were only a small upside… and small might be an overstatement.

The only way collectables can be worth any money is if you find someone to sell them to. I’m thinking that the same idea can be applied to most of my hockey cards and comic books too. For me, there is very little sentimental attachment to a lot of things… a few things maybe, but on a day to day functional basis, no.

13:08… I'm seriously considering selling most things in my Dad's basement. I don't need everything down there, a few things are necessary, like my ball equipment, but otherwise, it's a waste of space.
If someone else could find some value in these things, then they would be more than welcome to give me a lowball offer. I'm not hurting for money and there is very little chance that anything down there would be worth anything in the future. So why keep it only to move it around?

I only want to carry things around that are functional or sentimental, so it will be mostly functional, if anything. I want to keep my living space very efficient.

We'll see how that goes.

13:26… "more logical brain thoughts."

Clearly, I have never been one to really follow my heart, because it doesn't make a good argument for anything that it wants.

There are plenty of beautiful people out there and the heart will "fall in love" with more than its fair share. At first glance at most of those people, they are undoubtedly attractive and they may also have a few more compatible elements to them, but most, if not all, will have something, if not a few things, that you would have to settle for when it comes to committing to them.

Commitment is a sticky thing, especially in this day and age. You can work your way into an impossible level of commitment without even trying these days and you are then forced to settle instead of settling down. Kids are generally the leading factor with settling.

My logical brain has always looked at seemingly good relationships as ones that don't require a lot of work. All relationships need at least a little bit of effort, but the better ones make that effort look so easy. Getting to know your partner, to a deep level, is very important and if you want to know more about them, it doesn't take a lot of hard work to do it… it shouldn't be very hard at all, especially if you really want to.

My approach to relationships has always been that way, in the few that I have had. I have always trusted my senses when it comes to other people… good, bad or extreme. For as many beautiful people that I have met, I have yet to meet what I believe is my perfect match. I have accepted the idea that a lady might have thought that I was worth a try and my approach has never changed. Taking it easy and treating them well, but I have fallen short in every case of getting to know them really well, caring enough to know what they both wanted and needed. I am pretty sure that if I did ever find that someone, that it wouldn't be an issue, because I would want to do everything that I have pointed out.
I have never been a fan of the traditional way of dating as many people as possible, in hopes that you'll find the perfect partner, or at the very least, the partner of least resistance. That's definitely a recipe for disaster, financially, emotionally and/or legally. The small feelings of "love" are not worth that cost to my logical brain. As great as those things might feel at the time, the overall cost just isn't worth it.
The real difficulty, especially nowadays, is there is so much media out there suggesting that it's out there. Movies, music and TV are a glutton of hope and there are some indications that if you don't find it, being alone is a horrible alternative.

I have admittedly fallen into that trap of loneliness, thinking that I was so depressed. Learning the ideas of love, settling down or just settling, had seen me with low spirits. I don't feel silly for feeling those things, they are certainly believable, but the alternative of settling with someone less than perfect or even worse, falling into the irreversible commitments of children with one of those partners, is not where I would want to end up.

I have been asked on some occasions how I remain in good spirits and I think my logical brain has a lot to do with it. I'm not being held back and I'm not holding anyone else back, especially with the events of the last few years. It's far more logical to approach life with positivity, because it rubs off on others. I never had an answer to the question right away, but if I'm asked again, I'll have this to fall back on.

15:08… "Deserve is my least favorite word."

I would even go so far as hating the word, deserve.

Do something or have or show qualities worthy of (reward or punishment). That's the definition on Google.

The idea is valid, my distaste for the word is more for the cultural value of it nowadays. It gets used way too often, I think. I can't think of an example, so this may not have been the best random thought. The literal definition does stand well in how it is used most of the time, but it still rubs me the wrong way.

2777 Wednesday, July 20th - afternoon

12:36… I haven't moved very far from the couch.  I'll need to get my Active Hour steps here soon, but there is a part of me that wants to get some thoughts on my disbelief of a higher power down.

I'm more than sure that other people have done similar writings and nothing supernatural has happened to them.  I'm sure if they shared it to the wrong people, something bad would have happened to them, which could have been thought to be an "act of God."  That nonsense is only further proof of the madness of religion.

The scientific community needs proof for something to be considered real, but the spiritual community has the opposite stance on that very thought.  The two sides have long been opposed to each other and unfortunately, the scientific community isn't a bunch of horrible people, they are just significantly outnumbered by those who may not understand why things happen.

The spiritual community relies on the higher powers to decide a lot of things, as if they actually have any control.

12:57… I was reminded to get my steps, plus I did my 13:00 doses and I have moved back to the computer for a while.

I’m sure I’ve written before in my posts that the spiritual community is a big fan of the easiest answer and they don’t want to hear about all the reasoning that can be used to explain anything horribly complex.  There is a portion of my thinking that might link together the spiritual community and the global issue of global warming.  I’d like to create a poll which asks which community each person associates with and their stance on global warming.  I’d throw a question about what job/industry they also associate with, likely breaking the groups into some more predictable results.  The trouble with that poll/survey is that the results could be used in a very bad way or be believed to lead to terrible things, but with the right intentions, they can be used as an educational way.  How some people may choose to use that education is a different story.

My belief, as it may or may not come across, is that the spiritual community will end up being what ends up ultimately deciding what ends the human race.  There could be an argument that the capitalist community could end up being what drives us to the end of our civilization, but the logical capitalists will know how to make money when the globe falls into ruin.  There are a great deal of conservative oil barons out there, who are overly spiritual and it's their companies that are leading the way to further global warming.

It sounds like there are a good number of folks in the fossil fuel community, who want to do some good to make their money, power the globe and not do the globe an incredible amount of harm.  The real shame of it all is that the scientific community isn’t making any good progress in sustainable energy sources.

13:29… I moved back to the couch.  Sitting up wasn't doing me any favors.

The biggest problem with separating the two communities is the uproar that it would cause.  That uproar would likely lead to some serious violence, so if I was to hazard a guess, it would only happen once the scientific community broke away into space.

The thinking behind shows like Star Trek likely stem from the more logical thinkers, while Star Wars has a bit more of a blend, taking the logical arguments about moving into space and the spiritual community has their elements with the force.  That's another argument altogether, but I can't say that I am a fan of either, so I'll leave it there.

I can see how the spiritual side is so appealing, it's easy and if you do good to each other than good will happen to you.  It's a simple way of thinking and it isn't wrong, it's only logical.  There's the Star Trek side showing up again, but the cultural shaming of Star Trek and its fans likely stems from this argument as well.

If only there was a way to disassociate Star Trek from my argument to somehow make it cool.  Sadly, I think I'm fucked there.

I'm not going to solve any issues here, it's been something that has been sitting in the back of my head.  I had some time today, so I just decided to write it down.  Now, I'm going to sort out my pills for the upcoming week.

14:53… the spiritual side of Star Wars is shocking.  I'm not sure I have enough time to write it all down.

15:55… Rachel did confirm with me that I will be picked up for the game and she’ll let me know when she’s on her way.  I’m assuming that Troy will be along too.

17:02… Tim & Friends was good and now the Big Bang Theory is on.

2718 Wednesday, June 29th - morning

06:55… I was having a pretty good sleep, until I felt the need to make a deposit, which was a bit of work. I think I made it back to sleep, only to wake up to the thought that my friend Jesse is seemingly slipping further and further into the right wing thinking. A Canadian Trump supporter and I can’t say that I am terribly surprised. Jesse has never been the smartest individual, rather he’s a wee bit of a muscle head, act first and face the consequences after. His anti gun control stance doesn’t seem to be well thought out either, but neither are the newest gun control stances.

The main gun control stance appears to be removing most guns from everywhere and everyone. Is that a terrible thing? Not at the first glance, but there are those responsible people who own guns, collectors, hunters, sport shooters and other gun enthusiasts, who don’t care to do anything bad with their guns and the gun control ideas are going to hurt the activities they love.

The main point I want to get down here is how a lot of the gun control advocates aren’t stressing the right points when it comes to the need for gun control. There don’t seem to be the points that a few bad apples are ruining things for the good people and there isn’t enough focus on the removal of the opportunities for those bad apples to get their hold on guns, rather they are just going to take them all away.

There has to be a better balance for everything and everyone. Will the bad apples still be out there? Sure. You don’t see cars and trucks being taken away when a bad apple decides to run down some people of a different colour when they purposefully run them down in a van, do you?

07:19… that got a little off topic to my normal routines, but there you go.

  • Lung recruitment: 1.
  • Shorts change: 3, grey & blues today.
  • Made the bed: 2.
  • Bottle empty: 4.
  • Wash up: 5.
  • Weigh-in: 6.
  • Computer logged on: 7.
  • Pills and vitamins: 8.
  • Deodorant: 9.
  • Voltaren/Diclo10%: 10.
  • Moisturiser: 11.
  • Shoulder brace: 12.
  • Shirt change: 13, a greyish blue shirt today.
  • PowerBreathe: 30 inhales. (07:27) 14.
  • Head start: (07:28) 15.

07:48… the timer is done. 2.5k, 1 floor and 11 Zone minutes are in the books. I need another cuppa.

  • Email:
    • Main account: two pieces of spam that forged new rules, plus the collector folders were open, but I didn’t look too hard at them.
  • Upper Deck: a new trade that I didn’t see an email for, which was accepted. The free pack was 3 for 3!
  • Facebook: no birthdays, the headline memory was Benny taking a shot at Oxbow and there were a few reactions given in the news feed.
  • Twitter: not a lot here. Amy posted something yesterday which needed a response.
  • Fitbit:
    • Steps yesterday: 22.6k.
    • Floors: 36.
    • Active Minutes: 156 minutes.
    • Active Heart: 35 Zone minutes.
    • Active Hours: 10/10.
    • Sleep: 400 minutes.
    • Weight: 173.6 pounds.
    • Stress Management: 75.
    • RHR: 64 bpm.
    • Water: yes I’m on my second cuppa.
  • Budget: the pop I bought at Petro-Canada and its BtR was the only thing needed here.
    • Questrade: hits were taken on 2 of the 3, one is in the red now.
    • Netcoins: this also took a hit, putting it into the red.
08:22… there you have it. The routine is done.

08:29… I put a limit order in to sell my Ethereum ETF, there wasn’t much in it, so the losses aren’t too great.
  • Head start: (08:52) 5.1k, 1 floor and 15 Zone minutes.
  • PowerBreathe: 30 inhales. (08:53)

08:56… just waiting for Mark.

11:16… well, that walk was a wet one. I asked Mark how it was outside when he showed up and all he replied with was “windy.” I had the Crescent Heights loop in my mind when he got here and that was the direction that we headed in.

It didn’t take too long before a crack of thunder happened in the sky and then I turned to Mark and asked, “what are the chances that I’m going to be sorry?” I was in shorts, a t-shirt and sandals and I was grateful for the sandals, because if I had socks on, it’s very likely that my feet would have froze and then I would have been sorry.

There was an unexpected sight under the C-Train bridge on Memorial Drive, there was a gent playing the piano. He was staying dry, but in a rainstorm on a Wednesday, it just didn’t make the most sense, but whatever.

We also got splashed by a car that hit a pretty good puddle on Memorial Drive, but neither of us really minded.

Mark was in pretty good spirits throughout the walk, we both had some pretty good laughs. I joked with him that he would complain to Brad about this walk and he quipped, “Brad, I didn’t sign up for this.” That got a pretty good laugh.

2551 Sunday, June 5th - morning

05:41… the early morning post didn’t turn off my head.  Things needed to be done, so they will be.  I was thinking about betting to the point that I was losing sleep over it.  Although the losses haven’t been terrible, there haven’t been many wins there either.  I’m certainly not going to make any promises there, but the regular part of the routine will need to be taken a break from.

My body doesn’t feel as rested as it has been lately, I’m thinking that today might be a good resting day of sorts.  I might get out for a short walk, just to keep my streaks alive, but there won’t be a huge push for steps today.  I’m hoping.

  • Lung recruitment: did this in the very low light.

  • Shorts change: the red & blacks stay on.

  • Made the bed: I tidied up the bed.

  • Bottle empty: I emptied the bottle.

  • Turn the coffee maker on: the tap water needed time to warm up, being so early and all.

  • Computer logged on: did this too.

  • Pills and vitamins: and this.

  • Wash up: the water did warm up to be hot.

  • Weigh-in: still no love between the phone and the scale.  Patience.

  • Deodorant: sprayed, yes.

  • Protein shake: a chocolate shake is my reward for the effort.

08:34… the end had some distractions, but it was a good Sunday physio session.

08:36… my mind can’t seem to get off the opinion that there is no God.  There are a number of thoughts that keep circling in my noggin, so I think I will get them down.

I can honestly understand how a good portion of the Earth’s population believes in something greater.  It’s hard to comprehend that there isn’t something more to these lives of ours.

“There has to be something more to this life.”  The greatest flaw to that idea is that there are more than one theories/belief structures.  If there were a superior being overseeing everything and everyone, wouldn’t there be only one?  Which all-knowing/all-controlling entity controls all the others?

For all the trouble that religion has caused the people on this planet, why can’t we be problem solvers and figure out that it’s all make-believe.

Granted, religions have got some good lessons, when it comes to right and wrong things to do.  The motivation/reward/punishment system for any actions leave a little to be desired.

“We don't go to hell, the memories of us do

And if you go to hell I'll still remember you”

That is probably one of my favorite Tragically Hip lyrics, from Inevitability of Death.  It basically covers what we should all be thinking when it comes to the topic of heaven and hell.

08:57… that feels better.  I like writing that stuff down, that way it can calm my mind.

11:15… ho… lee… fuck.  The first two episodes of the new season of the Boys was some dark ass shit.  There’s another episode, but I’m not sure if I want to watch it.  If anything, it’s a good representation of how dark the whole world is becoming.  I’m at a loss for words for it all really.  The Boys did a decent job putting an alternative spin on the superhero genre, but the start of season three really turned it up a notch.

On the plus side, I hit 10k and 31 Zone minutes, so I’ll be taking it easy for the rest of the day.

11:40… the Jays game is on now.  Hosting the Twins to finish up their 3-game series.

11:52… the smoothie is now mixed.
